Layla and her team did an outstanding job helping me with these bracelets and making them. We searched everywhere for a cherry bead, and no one could produce one that would work on the bracelets. Layla worked her magic and made it happen! I ordered 1,500 bracelets and wanted to make sure they turned out correctly since it was a a big cost to the company. She sent pictures through out the process and updated me on production steps and notified me the day they shipped.
